My order was lost, stolen, or damaged. What should I do?
Shipping carriers provide Insurance/package protection during transit.Please do keep damaged packages and all its contents until further notice. We are happy to assist in the claims process or provide carrier information. kCurlsys, however, is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Once shipping carriers take possession of a package, we have no jurisdiction over it.
