Shipping / Returns
Thank you for shopping with kCurlsys. My name is Eugenia Kelcy. I hand make, pack, label and ship all products myself after you place the order, to keep the nutrients and product fresh. Due to the nature of my work and everything done by one individual, please allow for a processing time of 3-7 business days to ship your order. Keep in mind, our business days are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5PM not including holidays or weekend.
Returns
kCurlsys does not accept returns. All sales are final but if a product is damaged upon arrival, contact kCurlsysCosmetics@gmail.com with images of the damage so we can work something out! Additionally please keep the package and all it content until a resolution has been reached. Incase of invalid address where items are returned to us, customers will incur a redelivery fee.

Please note that all Non-US customers are responsible for any duty or custom fees which may be collected upon the delivery of their package
