Refund policy
REFUNDS & RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to make a return. Any returned product(s) must be in its original condition, unopened and unused. As an upcoming brand, we are unable to provide prepaid postage or cover the cost of returns. You are responsible for the shipping cost associated with your return. Please email us at hello@kcurlsys.com with the subject line “Request A Return” to initiate a return.
We highly recommend that you obtain and update us with your return tracking number and courier immediately after shipping. Once we receive the package, we will begin processing your refund to the original method of payment. We are unable to process your refund if we do not receive a “Request A Return” or tracking information from you before the delivery of your package to our warehouse. Orders returned and addressed by shipping carriers as undeliverable will be subject to a redelivery fee. Transaction fees and all initial shipping fees to ship packages to you are non-refundable per our partners/courier policy and will be deducted from your refund total.
We cannot accept returns beyond 14 days of receipt of delivery and reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund if the returned product (s) is not in its original, unused condition or shipped out within 14 days of receipt of delivery. All bundles kits, sets, and gift cards are final sale, and not eligible for refund or return.
EXCEPTIONS & NON/RETURNABLE ITEMS
Hygiene and customer safety are of great importance to us. Therefore, hygienic items such as our microfiber hair towels, hair clips, and scrubbers are final sale items and cannot be returned for a refund.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
In the event that your package is damaged in transit, please email hello@kcurlsys.com to request a replacement. We may request that you send the damaged item back to us.
LOST IN TRANSIT
Once packages leave our possession, shipping couriers determine the transit time. While transit time frames are usually accurate, they are just estimates. We allow up to 20 business days for domestic orders and 35 business days for international orders for couriers to deliver your package after it is picked up at our warehouse. In the rare event that your package is not delivered in this allotted time, you can request a reshipment or a refund. This courtesy is our way of protecting you from loss and absolving the courier's mistake. We truly appreciate your patience in confirming that the package is indeed lost.
STOLEN PACKAGES
KCurlsys does not assume responsibility for packages stolen after the courier's receipt of delivery. For added safety, please request signature upon delivery.
