We cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display such images or colors. As such, we do not guarantee that i) the quality of any services purchased by you will meet your expectations and ii) Any errors from our end will be rectified. 4. Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges.
Hygiene and our customers' safety are of great importance to us. To ensure proper hygiene and avoid the resale of used products, kCurlsys does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and not eligible for refunds. You can be confident that the products you receive from us are clean, new, and untampered. Orders returned and addressed by shipping carriers as undeliverable will be subject to a redelivery fee and not eligible for a refund.

The designs, images, graphics, products, services, and all other Services provided by kCurlsys are protected by the relevant intellectual property rights as well as proprietary rights. All these services are the property of kCurlsys and licensors. 6. The content you submit to kCurlsys
Our site allows you to share images, text, reviews, and videos otherwise known as “content”. By sharing such content to our site, you retain the rights but hereby grant kCurlsys unrestricted, sublicensable, royalty-free license to reproduce, publicly perform, and distribute your user content in perpetuity for any purpose including advertising or promotions.We reserve the right, but are not obligated to, moderate and edit all content shared by users.
